HHS acquires Ino Medical Solutions, strengthening its sterile-container offering

Healthcare Holding Schweiz AG has successfully completed the acquisition of Ino Medical Solutions GmbH, based in Rapperswil-Jona — a specialist provider of sterile containers and medical instruments whose customers include sterilisation centres, university and cantonal hospitals as well as private hospital groups across Switzerland.

Ino Medical Solutions distributes sterile containers, surgical instruments, instruments for implant removal and further products from renowned manufacturers exclusively in Switzerland. With the acquisition, Healthcare Holding Schweiz adds an established product segment with a market-leading product to its portfolio.
