What is happening

Since late April 2026, unknown actors have been misusing the name, logo, and slogan of KKA Partners for fraudulent WhatsApp groups that promise private individuals free "investment advice". KKA Partners runs no WhatsApp groups for retail investors and gives no investment tips. Any group operating in our name is fraudulent — regardless of the group name.

The scheme starts with stock tips and escalates into a purported crypto "trading plan" using leveraged products. At the latest at that point, the money paid in is at risk of total loss.

KKA Partners has filed a criminal complaint. On 15 May 2026, Germany's Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) issued a public consumer warning naming KKA Partners.

How to spot the scam

  • Changing group names (e.g. "Gravity Field", "Exklusiver Club33", "Lernen Stammtisch")
  • A "speaker" called "Anna" and a purported expert "Dr. Dominic"
  • Promises of unrealistic returns ("over 88%")
  • Requests to report your purchases and entry prices privately
  • Pressure to install a crypto app, deposit funds, and join a "3X profit trading plan"

What to do if you have been targeted

  1. Leave the group and block the admin numbers in WhatsApp.
  2. Report the group to WhatsApp/Meta using the in-app "Report group" function.
  3. Do not install any recommended apps or links and do not deposit any money — in particular no crypto apps and no "trading plans".
  4. Send screenshots to office@kkapartners.com — please include the group name, date, and at least one screenshot of the opening text. Incoming reports are being consolidated for further action.
  5. If financial damage has occurred: file a criminal complaint with your local police immediately and preserve all evidence (screenshots, phone numbers, transfer records). Affected individuals can additionally report the case via the BaFin online form for reporting unauthorised business.

KKA Partners will never contact you via WhatsApp and will never ask you to send stock holdings, purchase prices, or banking details.
