KSM Kunden Service Management GmbH: Healthcare Holding Schweiz AG has acquired a stake in KSM Kunden Service Management GmbH, a specialist in medical disposable products used in radiology, homecare, urology, gastroenterology and many other areas. The acquisition strengthens cross-selling capabilities across all of the group’s platforms, adding a partner known for quality, patient-centered design and deep expertise in medical workflows. The KSM management team will continue to lead the company independently and will become a shareholder in Healthcare Holding Schweiz AG — a step that reflects the group’s long-term partnership approach.
Special recognition goes to Ursula von Andrian, the founder and long-time leader of KSM, who built the company from scratch over 16 years with vision, resilience and entrepreneurial drive.
