With more than 15 years of legal experience, Christopher has built and led legal and compliance functions for listed and regulated businesses in Germany, France and throughout the EU. His purpose at KKA is to build the legal, regulatory and compliance foundations that allow an institutional-grade investment platform to move with both speed and confidence.
Christopher began his career as an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell in Paris and Cravath, Swaine & Moore in London, and later served as General Counsel and Head of Acquisitions and Capital Markets at MDAX-listed Aroundtown SA in Berlin. He holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School, with a certificate in Global Business Law and Governance from Sciences Po and the Sorbonne in Paris, and a B.A. summa cum laude in Philosophy from Boston University. He is admitted to the New York Bar and a member of the Rechtsanwaltskammer Berlin.
In his free time, Christopher enjoys skiing, spending time with his family and exploring Berlin’s theatres and concert halls.
