Before joining KKA, Josef worked as a Private Equity Analyst at Deutsche Beteiligungs AG, focusing on transactions in the industrial, IT and software sectors of the German Mittelstand.
Josef holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business with a major in Finance from the Maastricht School of Business and Economics, and completed vocational training as a mechanical engineer.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time in nature, sports, and travelling.
