Kaspar is a Founding Partner of KKA Partners, a Berlin-based primary buyout firm. KKA was built on three foundational pillars: privileged access in an underpenetrated market — the DACH region; technology-enabled value creation as an additional growth and value driver; and a purpose-led model that pairs top-decile returns with societal relevance throughout the value chain.

He began his career as an investment banker in London and New York, earned his MBA at Harvard Business School, and learned his craft from some of the industry's most respected investors — experiences that shaped an entrepreneurial passion for building leading investment firms that deliver decisively while standing for something larger.

Kaspar serves on the Board of the HBS Alumni Association of Germany and as a Trustee of Malvern College. Outside of work, his passions center on family and friends, water sports, and travel.
