Max has extensive experience advising companies and investors in transactions across the German-speaking mid-market.
Before joining KKA Partners, Max spent more than seven years at Rothschild & Co in Frankfurt, most recently as a Vice President. During this time, he advised family-owned businesses, management teams and financial sponsors on numerous M&A transactions, particularly in the Healthcare and Business Services sectors.
Max holds a Master of Science in Management from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.
