KKA Partners acquires shares in CuraMed clinics

CuraMed operates private clinics, day clinics and outpatient clinics for psychosomatic medicine, psychiatry and psychotherapy. In doing so, the company focuses on a holistic approach. The clinics also offer intense and individual treatment by keeping the numbers of patients deliberately small.

To further develop the expansion strategy, Patrick Feller, founder of Group Zurich (shareholder of CuraMed clinics), is now getting support from KKA Partners. "I am very pleased to announce the partnership with KKA and to gain a strong partner by benefiting from their proven digitization knowledge. Together we will successfully drive the growth of CuraMed clinics further.", Feller explains.

KKAs acquisition enables the opening of more clinics

Our founding partner Dominic Faber adds: "CuraMed has already undergone an impressive strategic transformation and they have completely convinced us with their outstanding range of medical services and a more than capable team. Our collaboration will support the planned strategic expansion and we will also improve the development of the digital infrastructure to treat patients more effectively."

With KKA as the majority shareholder, CuraMed will be able to provide even better care, while at the same time creating treatment capacity for psychosomatics in Germany. Among others, the group plans to open two more psychosomatic clinics for severe cases in southern Germany in 2022.
