Once again, renowned representatives from German family businesses discussed the future of their industry at the WHU Campus for Family Business event. A special focus throughout the numerous panels and workshops was the challenge and opportunity that is created by economic and social changes.
The digital transformation was one of the core topics, as it is enabling rapid technological development within companies and their business models. Furthermore, the participants intensively discussed the topic of "New Work" and the associated increasing agility as a part of day-to-day work.
